Your Right to Data Deletion
Under data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We are committed to honoring these requests in a timely and secure manner.
Once your account and data are deleted, you will lose access to all your trip itineraries, bookings, preferences, and account history. This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.
How It Works
Our account deletion process is automated and includes a safety period:
- Log out of your account - Please ensure you are logged out before submitting the deletion request.
- Submit your deletion request - Fill out the form below with your account email address.
- 24-hour grace period - After submission, you have 24 hours to change your mind. If you log back into your account during this period, your deletion request will be automatically cancelled.
- Automatic processing - If you do not log in within 24 hours, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
- Confirmation - You will receive an email notification in either case (deletion completed or request cancelled).
What Will Be Deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All trip itineraries and travel plans
- Booking history and payment information (after legal retention period)
- Preferences and personalized settings
- Any other personal data associated with your account
What May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes, including:
- Transaction records required for financial reporting (typically 7 years)
- Data required to resolve ongoing disputes or legal claims
- Anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked to you
Processing Time
Your deletion request will be processed automatically after the 24-hour grace period (if you don't log in during that time). You will receive email notifications:
- Immediately after submitting your request
- If you log in during the grace period (request cancelled)
- After the 24-hour period if deletion proceeds (deletion completed)

- In-App: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account (after logging out, the same 24-hour grace period applies)
