3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Honge uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate recommendations, itineraries, and other content.
- AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or incorrect.
- AI outputs are not professional or expert advice.
- You are responsible for independently verifying critical information, including travel requirements, bookings, pricing, availability, and safety considerations.
HONGE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
4. User Responsibilities
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information where required
- Verify all travel-related information independently
- Comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms
You are solely responsible for decisions made based on the Services.
5. Third-Party Services, Content, and APIs

Honge is not liable for booking errors, service disruptions, provider failures, or refund disputes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Honge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
- Honge’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to Honge in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Honge and its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your reliance on AI-generated content
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, conducted in English, and administered by a recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California, unless otherwise agreed.
Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
